120 grams Spelt flour 1.3 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 100 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt 50 grams Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Olive Oil 499 mL Water, tap
Mix all ingredients together
It is very liquid don’t worry
Spread over 3 oven pans - need to be very thin
Cook on medium heat 180 c for 10 min
Take out to cut to crackers while still moist
Get back to the oven on medium heat for about 40min
Better lower temp that they will not burn
