425.2 grams Pumpkin, canned, without salt 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup Butter, unsalted 8 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 tsp Baking Powder 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 tsp Salt 24 tbsp Nutiva coconut flour (by MARIEGASPARI) 3 tbsp Lily's dark chocolate baking chips (by RUTHANNEROMERO) 1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener

In large bowl, blend stevia, pumpkin, coconut oil, butter, vanilla extract, eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Press mixture into lined loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
