Ingredients
2 serving Newman's Own Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup 6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup 4 cup cabbage raw 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 1.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 serving Lean Ground Beef (1/2 cup) 100 g (Meatballs x 2) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sauté all veggies in olive oil until soft. Add marinara, broth and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.
