Ingredients
4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 1/4 tsp Garlic, Minced, Spice World 4 serving Beef bouillion cubes 1 cube (by CAROLEE62) 1 (14.5 oz) can Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 (14.5 oz) can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 can Beans, Great Northern, Canned, Great Value brand 2 cup Zuccini Squash 2 cup, chopped Cabbage,.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
in stockpot brown sausage with garlic. Add tomatoes, carrots salt pepper cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in beans, water, bouillion cubes and rice. Bring to boil then simmer 20 minutes. add zuccini, and cabbage. simmer another 10-15minutes until zuccini and cabbage tender. serve warm.
