Big Green Veggie Bowl

1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh 100 grams Avocados, Florida 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 cup Spinach, fresh 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan or wok at medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and stir occasionally.
After 3 minutes turn heat down to medium and add carrots, continuing to stir.
After 5 minutes add broccoli and edamame and sprinkle with tamari.
After 3 minutes add spinach and turn heat to low. Cover for 2 minutes then serve in bowls.
