Nightglow's Stupendous Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients
1 box Mrs. Cubbison's Cube Stuffing 3/4 Onion, diced3 stalks, Celery, diced1 oz Walnuts, raw or toasted (can sub pecans)3/4 cup Golden Raisins1 Beyond Meat Brat pre-cooked (can sub LightLife Gimme Lean Sausage)1 cube Vegetable bouillon, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water1 medium red apple, peeled and chopped last (I use Fuji)Salt, Pepper, Sage, Oregano, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
(Optional: sautee onions and celery for 5-10 minutes to soften)
Pour the stuffing into a large, deep glass or metal pan. Add the sauteed or raw onions and celery, nuts, raisins and sausage. Finely chop the peeled apple last (optional - add a spritz of lemon juice to keep from browning).
Gently toss to combine (clean hands do this best)
Add as much of the bouillon broth as needed to moisten, without over-saturating
Cover. Cook for 45 minutes
Uncover. Cook an additional 15 minutes
