Ingredients
2 cup diced Potato, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 oz Laura's Lean Beef-Beef Round L.L. Eye of Round Steak 16 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 1 cup beef bone broth
Directions
precook meat and use broth in soup, cut up potatoes, carrots, celery and V-8 juice and put in crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours.
