1 cups carrot Greens (tough center stems removed) 2 cups baby spinach 2 cloves garlic 4 tbsp olive or avacado oil (nutrients is for avacado oil) Place all ingredients in blender and blend, stopping to scrap sides until desired consistency is reach.
