2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.50 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.50 serving Omega Nutrition Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder (1 1/2 scoops - 15g) 0.50 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients except for coconut oil in blender
Heat pan on medium
put half a tsp oil in pan to melt
add half the batter
cover and cook for 3mins
add half a tsp oil
flip
cover and cook for 3mins
Do the same for rest of batter
