One egg veggie omelette

Ingredients
1 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.25 cup Peas, frozen .5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 10 grams Cilantro, raw .5 tsp Spices, Turmeric 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 dash Salt 0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
Directions
Dice all the veggies (except cilantro) and brown them in a pan. Beat 2 eggs and mix in the spices , then pour into the pan. When mostly cooked, add cilantro and fold the omelette. Cut in half and serve.
