Mushroom spinach omelate

Ingredients
0.5 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 clove Garlic 0.3 cup 2% Milk 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil, add spinach 1 cup at a time until wilted. Mix eggs and milk and cook until firm, add spinach and mushroom, raw jalapeno slices and sliced green onion.
