Instant Pot egg bites

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 0.5 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup Spinach, fresh Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients except ham and spinach in blender. Put diced ham into bottom of egg bite mold. Chop spinach fine and stir into egg mixture. Pour into egg mold/ramekins. Cover with foil or mold lid and place on trivet in instant Pot with one cup water in bottom of pot. Seal and set Pot to steam. Steam 9 mins and naturlrelese for 10 minutes. Manual release and remove from Pot. Devour.
