Minute Rice, Brown, 1 cup Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbspgreen onions.25 cup, (about 3) chopped Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon herb rice seasoning mix, 1.5 tsp-------------------Herb Rice seasoning mix:* Dried Basil, 1 tbsp* Garlic Pepper, 1 tsp* Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp* Celery salt, .25 tsp* Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, sautee onions in butter until tender, add lemon juice. When rice is done, toss butter mixture and herbs with hot rice. Makes 2 servings, about 1 cup each.
