Sausage n' Root Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Salt350.0 Grams Brussels sprouts, fresh200.0 Grams Carrots, raw5.0 clove Garlic250.0 Grams Parsnips2.0 serving PC Free From Original Smoked Sausages, 1 serving = one 75g Sausage
Directions
Dice up all the veggies and sausage. Add the minced garlic and butter. Toss and add to a greased pan and bake covered for 45-60 min. Remove cover or foil for last 15min to give vegetables nice golden brown colour. Alternatively you could fry on the stove. Serving Size: 2 Generous Portions
