Chicken Breast w/balsamic vinegar

Ingredients
22 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.5 large Onions, raw 1 tbsp demi glace (by PHEBESS) 3 clove Garlic 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Pan fry chicken for 4-6 minutes per side
Remove chicken from pan, share onion and garlic
Add demi glace, vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat add pat of butter. Spoon sauce over chicken
