Roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans and apple

453 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin .25 cup, halves Pecans 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar .3 tbsp Maple Syrup 4 serving Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage
Directions
Cut Brussels sprouts in half
Dice apple
Dice sausage, set aside
Mix together oil, vinegar, syrup. Toss with Brussels sprouts. Spread out mixture on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Roast at 425 for 20 minutes
