Ingredients
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1.5 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 20 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 oz Merlot BellaVitano Cheese (by RAINA413) 20 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
Directions
Cook veggies and quinoa, combine in casserole dish. Pour scrambled eggs over veggies and quinoa. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
