2 heads Romaine Lettuce8 oz Fresh Mozzarella 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes2 tbsp balsalmic vinegar1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil salt and (fresh) black pepper, to taste
Wash and dry all your vegetables.
Chop romaine into bite size bits.
Chop your mozzarella into bitesize bites.
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl, along with a dash of salt and freshly cracked/ground pepper to taste.
Serve cold.
