1 tbsp Olive Oil1 small Onion, sliced1 4oz can Mushrooms, sliced 4 fl oz White Wine2 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1/2 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt12 oz Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast2 tbsp King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
Dust chicken with flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In non-stick frying pan, place oil and heat to med-high temp. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 5 minutes or until browned on all sides. Push chicken to side of pan; add onion and mushrooms. Stir and cook until onion is clear, about 5 minutes. In small bowl, place mustard. Slowly add water, then wine, stirring until smooth; pour mixture over chicken. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Stir yogurt into pan.
Serve over noodles with broccoli or canned peas (not included in nutritional values)
