1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Egg white, large 0.25 cup Hannaford pizza blend shredded cheese (by VAL04011) .5 tbsp Butter, salted
Separate yolks from two eggs.
Whisk 1 whole egg, plus the two white and a little water.
Add salt and pepper as desired.
Melt 1/2 Tbsp of in pan.
Pour eggs into pan and scramble.
When nearly dry, add 1/4 C cheese.
Turn off burner and cover until cheese is melted.
