Ingredients
1.50 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 24 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation 3 cup Del Monte No-Salt-Added Creamed Corn (by CHEMTREE)
Directions
Saute salt pork and onion, add frozen corn and diced potatoes, add enough water to cover. Cook until tender, add creamed corn and evaporated milk and cook 20 minutes.
