Spinach, Apple & Pecan Salad

Ingredients
8 cup Baby Spinach (raw) (12 oz.)1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin, chopped 4 oz Feta Cheese 1 cup, chopped Pecans 1/2 cup, chopped red Onion 1/3 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 6 tsp Bacon (Harmel) real bacon bites for salads 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard, pepper, and oil. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients and toss all.
