Smoky Black Bean and Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans, black 11 oz Chicken breast, skinless & boneless, uncooked .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.75 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 serving PACIFIC ORGANIC SIMPLY STOCK CHICKEN UNSALTED (by MARYFCLARKE) .5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 1 1/2 tsp oregano.75 tbsp. smoked paprika1 chipotle pepper.75 tsp adobo sauce.75 tsp cumin3 cloves garlic
Directions
saute onions, pepper, garlic till onions translucent
add spices, saute 1 min
add beans (mash with fork before adding), chipotle, adobo, chicken broth
let simmer a few minutes, add chicken
let chicken cook till done, remove and shred
return chicken to pot, add a squeeze of lime
