Ingredients
15 oz Shrimp, cooked 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.50 cup chili anahiem pepper 4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 8 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 50 grams Cilantro, raw 1 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm) 5 serving Mission corn tortillas Restaurant Style ( 1 serving = 2 corn Tortillas) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1.5 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 1 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
Directions
Cook shrimp with oil, peppers (strips), and lime juice from one lime.

make tacos with
shrimp/pepper mix
diced green onion stalks (green part only)
red cabbage (strips)


Mix yogurt, lime, and cilantro to make dressing for tacos.

Spice as desired through out.
