Jim's stir fry with mock duck

Ingredients
2 cans Companion Mock Duck3.5 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Pea & Water Chestnuts (one bag)3 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Asian Medley (one bag)3 tablespoons G Hughes Sugar Free Teriyaki Marinade 1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Drain mock duck and mix with 3 tbl of Teriyaki Marinade and garlic and sit in frig for a few hours. Spray pan with olive oil and at a medium high heat stir fry the two bags of vegetables stirring frequently. When vegetables are cooked and still crunchy pour in the Mock Duck and marinade. Mix thoroughly and serve when hot.
