Tri-Color Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 lb. Pasta (bowtie, penne, or anything bite-sized)1 lb. Asparagus1 Red Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper1/4 Lg. Onion, minced3 Cloves of Garlic, minced5 1/2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar3 tbsp. Italian Seasoning3 tbsp. Parmesan CheeseJuice of 1/2 a Lemon
Directions
Cook the pasta until al dente.

Put asparagus in 4in. of boiling water cooking 3 minutes or until tender. Immediately submerge into a bowl of ice water.

Cut both peppers and asparagus into bite sized pieces. In a large bowl combine all ingredients plus salt and pepper to taste.
