Garlic, 2 clove Tofu, extra firm, 1 block Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup (whole squash)Walnuts, 1.5 oz Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Crushed Tomatoes 2 large cansBeans, pinto, 1.5 cup
Directions
steam squash & then scrape out the spaghetti strands. put everything in a pot & simmer for about 30 mins.
