Ingredients
1 block extra firm tofu1/4 cup soy sauce3tbsp stir fry saucesesame oil--to taste
Directions
press and drain tofu--slice thinly
mix all other ingredients and marinate tofu slices in mixture
bake at 350 for approx 30 min
use as sandwich filling
