1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Olive Oil 0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.50 cup, sliced Zucchini 1.50 cup Red Kidney Beans (dried,cooked) 5 cup Great Value Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1.50 cup King Cole Low Sodium Chickpeas, 1/2 cup 3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Saute olive oil, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 2-3 hours, serve over macaroni with grated parmesan cheese
