Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Chop up cauliflower to equal bite size pieces Toss cauliflower in oil and spices Spread on baking sheet Cook for 20 minutes then stir/flip and cook until desired texture
