2.5 cup Quaker Oats Gluten Free 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1.5 serving Quest Protein Powder Vanilla 28 gms / 1 oz
Directions
place all ingredients in food processor/blender. Blend until smooth. cook pancakes on griddle with non-stick spray.

Serving Size: makes about 15 pancakes (2-3 per serving)
