Bek's Zucchini Bread

2 C White Flour1 1/4 C Wheat Flour1 C Sugar1 C Splenda1 T Cinnamon1 1/8 ts Baking Powder1 1/8 ts Baking Soda1/2 ts Salt1/4 ts Nutmeg1 C Applesauce, unsweetened3/4 C Egg Beaters1/2 C 2% Milk1 T Vanilla3 C Zucchini (peeled and grated)1/2 C Pecans
Directions:
1. Grease 3 8x4 inch pans
2. Stir flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Combine eggs, applesauce, and sugar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mix well. Stir inthe zucchini and nuts until the batter is well combined. Pour the batter into prepared pans.
4. Bake for about 1 hour, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool for about 30 minutes and remove the bread from th pan. Enjoy
