Ingredients
0.50 tsp Onion powder 0.75 tsp Turmeric, ground 1.25 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 0.25 cup Rice flour, white 1.30 cup Trader Joes Soy Milk 0.66 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 150 gram(s) Split yellow mung beans (moong dal) 12 serving Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Soft Light Style Bread
Directions
soak beans overnight

Drain and rinse.. Add all ingriedents to a blender and blend until smooth
Heat a non stick pan over medium low heat. Dip 2 slices of light bread into mix and cook in the non stick pan until lightly browned. Serve with a fruit compote.
