Parmesan Roasted Zucchini and Squash

Ingredients
6.0 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.75 cup Parmesan Cheese, gratedItalian Herb BlendSalt and pepper to taste 3 cloves garlic
Directions
Cut squash into 3/4 in half moons, mix with oil, and Italian Herb Blend. Spread out on large cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake for 20 mins at 450. Sprinkle Parmesan all over, bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
