Viking Lime Chicken

40 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Paprika 3 tsp Cumin seed 15 tbsp Frontera Salsa-Tomatillo (by CSUCAM) .5 cup Honey .5 cup Lime Juice 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Toss chicken in olive oil.
Put chicken in crock pot.
mix dry spices together.
pour over chicken.
pour salsa,lime juice and honey over chicken.
cook for 4-5 hours on low.
shred chicken in crock pot.
let sit for another 20-30 on low or warm.
turn off let cool and serve warm.
