Ingredients
0.25 cup Orange Juice680.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes (1.5 lbs) 3.0 tsp Granulated Sugar4.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil8.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Cut tomatoes into chunks, thinly slice green onions. Mix juice, vinegar together, season with sugar, salt & pepper. Pour dressing over veg, stir well to combine. Cover and let sit at least 2 hours for best flavor. Serving Size: About 1 cup
