Reuben Crescent Bake

Ingredients
1.5 cup Sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry8.0 serving Ken's Steak House, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp (3/4 cup total) 1.0 large Egg white, fresh, beaten8.0 serving Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (1 svg = 2 rolls) (2 - 8 oz tubes total) 12.0 serving Great Value Deli Style Sliced Swiss Cheese (1slice/19g)24.0 oz Boar's Head Cooked Corned Beef
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray. Unroll one of the rolls of crescent rolls, stretch or to cover bottom of pan, pinch seems together. Bake 8-10 minds until light brown. Remove from oven, cover with 6 slices of Swiss cheese, evenly distribute meat all over. Mix sauerkraut and dressing together then spread evenly over meat. Cover with another layer of cheese. Open final tube of vents. Roll out to cover entire top of casserole, punch edges together. Best egg white and brush top of crescent layer. Sprinkle with carraway seeds. Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes or until crescent layer is done and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serving Size: 1/8 of 9x13 inch baking dish
