Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes &Mushrooms

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole slicedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice your veggies.
Spray baking sheet with Pam.
Place tomatoes on sheet first, then parmesan, then mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a few red pepper flakes if you like.
Should take about 15 to 20 minutes tops to get the cheese hot and bubbly.
Makes two very generous servings. (Just spilt in half.)
