Mandarin Salad with Pecans

Ingredients
1.5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 5 serving Dole Mandarin Oranges No Sugar Added 15 tbsp Emerald Glazed Pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oranges. You can add whatever vegetables you would like.

Drain oranges well and add to salad. Gently mix.

Add whatever dressing you would like; however, I have found that there is enough juice from the mandarin oranges to give you a "dressing".
