Eileen's Meatloaf recipe

Ingredients
1.5 pounds lean ground beef1 egg1 cup sour cream (fat-free)2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce0.5 pkg. Dry onion soup mix0.5 cup Parmesan cheese1 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, sourcream and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in soup mix, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Form mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x 5" loaf pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375F for 45 min. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10-15 min. Let stand 5-10 min., before serving for easier slicing.
