1 pkg Souther Style Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (diced)1 can Reduced Fat Cream of Chicken Soup1 Cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1 cup low fat sour cream1/4 cup I can't believe its not butter squeeze
Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream, butter and half the cheese and mix. spread potato mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake for 1hr at 425. Sprinkle remaining cheese and turn off oven leaving potatoes in the oven with the oven off. Serve when cheese is melted on top.
