lemon garlic butter shrimp with zucchini noodles

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, Frozen Medium Raw 60-80 per pound (by CD5117772) 3 cup Zoodles (by CD1789605) 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 1 serving 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) 1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) .25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
(1.) put zoodles in colander sprinkle with salt, while cooking shrimp, press with hands to remove excess water, rinse and drain thoroughly before cooking. (2.) Heat oil & 2 T butter, shrimp, salt and pepper for 1 minute without stirring. Add garlic, italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, another minute or two transfer to shallow plate. (3.) add 2 T. butter, lemon juice, chicken broth and hot sauce to the pan, simmer 2-3 minutes stirring regularly. Stir in zucchini noodles and cook until done, about 2 minutes stirring regularly. Add shrimp back in. Serve immediately.
