0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 cup Zucchini (Shredded) (by HEALTHYCHIC) .5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 clove Garlic 2 serving oil, vegtable (1 tablespoon) (by JOHNANDRES2) 0.125 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 tbsp Parsley
peal then grate zucchini
put in strainer and squeeze out water. cover with cloth and put heavy object on top and let drain for another hour
mix other ingredients well.
Add drained zucchini.
heat two tablespoons oil in pan and fry aprox 4 min each side at medium to low heat. Fritters should start to flatten and both sides should be cooked till deep brown
