Saucy Lemon Fish Fillets

Ingredients
8 oz Kirkland Mahi Mahi 1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil (Kirkland) 1 cup Chicken Stock (Kitchen Basics Original) 2 tsp Lemon Juice 3 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 clove Garlic, pressed
Directions
Step 1:
Dry Fish with paper towel, season to taste; let pan get got under med-high heat

Step 2:
Combine Chicken Stock, Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Dill Weed to a bowl and whisk well

Step 3:
Brush fish with oil, add to pan and sear 3 minutes on one side

Step4:
Flip and reduce heat to medium-low, add in the stock mixture

Step 5:
Cook 3 more minutes, basting the fish with the stock mixture in the pan
