48 oz Ground beef 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 3 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper
2. sautee onion, garlic, and bells in a pan.
3. While above ingredients sautee, you should begin to mix together hamburger meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese.
4. Once your veggies have sauteed add them into the mixture as well.
5. mix all together very well.
6. Once you are satifsfied mold into glass pan.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F
BAKE MEATLOAF ON 400 F FOR 40 MINUTES, TAKE OUT AND ADD KETCHUP TO TOP OF LOAF AND SPREAD ON THEN ADD WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND SPREAD INTO KETCHUP, BAKE AGAIN UNTIL SAUCE BEGINS TO BUBBLE. TAKE OUT AND ENJOY
