Butternut Queso Dip

Ingredients
1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 4 cup Butternut Squash Puree (homemade) 16 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Canned Tomatoes
Directions
Sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño in oil for 5-7 minutes. Add spices and stir for 30-60 seconds, until they become fragrant. Add cashews and stir to combine, then purée mixture. Return to stovetop and combine with squash purée and 1-2 cans of Rotel. Add nutritional yeast and simmer 15-20 minutes.
