4 cup Live G free: quinoa pasta 3 serving Golden Idaho Potatoes- 1 medium potato- Green Giant 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast 0.25 cup Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Tahini 0.35 tbsp Apple cider vinegar drink (10 ml in a glass of water) 1 cup of water

Boil potatoes and carrots Boil pasta with salt Once the potatoes and carrots are soft blend with the rest of the ingredients Then mix in with past Serving Size: About 1/2 cup
