1.25 cup Gluten Free Quick Mix1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 1tsp Canola Oil7.0 tbsp Aldi Baker''s Corner Dark Chocolate Morsels (15g=1tbsp)
Measure dry mix into a bowl, add sugar and mix together.
Scramble egg together with almond milk.
Mix wet ingredients together with dry, add chocolate chips and mix them in.
Heat a pan and oil lightly
Use a 2 tbsp cookie scoop or just dollop batter into the pan. Adjust serving number as needed.
Cook for about 2.5minutes, or until the edges appear set and a bubble or two appears at the top, covered, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Serve warm with syrup and fruit.
