10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz Feta Cheese 2 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Chopped Spinach and onion Put spinach, feta, and onion in muffin cups Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper to taste Pour evenly into cups Bake 20 mins at 350
