Ingredients
5 cup, halves Pecans 5 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter) 6 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 6 tsp Sukrin Gold (Adjusted for carbs) (by KONEAL1016) 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Roast pecans on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper for 7 minutes at 350 degrees
Over medium heat cook 4 tbsp butter, heavy whipping cream, & sukrin until deep golden brown & thickening
Stir in balance of butter, cinnamon & vanilla until combined
Add pinch of salt & pecans
Spread on parchment paper lined sheet & refrigerate until set
